The very first Voltron Year One pieces I did when I was putting together samples for the job. I was originally trying out for colors as well so I was doing a different, more open line-art style, but I’m glad we got the amazing colorist we have on the book instead while I focus more on penciling and inking. There are other samples I did but they are AWFUL. So you’ll never see them.

Voltron Year One Issue 1, Page 14 Inks as well as pencils for those interested. The backgrounds are usually more rough than this to save time. As long as the end product looks okay, then it’s all good.
Issue 2 is out next wednesday, May 2nd!
